ESN appoints new regional operations manager

Engineering Services Network has named Steve Dutra the new operations manager of its Charleston, S.C., facility.

In his new role, Dutra will manage the day-to-day contract operations to the company’s Defense Department and industry partner customers.

Dutra joins the company from ManTech International, where he served as a program manager.
