SAIC wins $485M EAST 2 contract to support NASA center

Science Applications International Corp. has won a $485 million contract to operate the NASA Enterprise Applications Competency Center.

Science Applications International Corp. has won a $485 million contract to operate the NASA Enterprise Applications Competency Center.

The contract, called the Enterprise Applications Service Technologies 2 contract, has a two-year base period of performance, a two-year option, a one-year option and three one-year option term options.

Under the contract, SAIC will provide services to operate, maintain and enhance key business and mission-supporting platforms, applications and infrastructure used across the agency, the company said.

SAIC teamed with a number of companies to win the contract, including:

  • Aetos Systems Inc.
  • ALATEC Inc.
  • TekFive
  • Bay Systems Consulting Inc.

  • Enterprise Horizon
  • Herdt Consulting Inc.
  • Oakwood University
  • Steeple Technologies

Work is expected to be completed in March 2024 if options are exercised.
