Science Applications International Corp.’s Mark Schultz has stepped down from his role of executive vice president and general counsel, the company announced Tuesday.
Science Applications International Corp.’s Mark Schultz has stepped down from his role of executive vice president and general counsel, the company announced Tuesday.
Shultz joined SAIC in June 2013, at which point he was responsible for legal affairs and risk management activities for the company.
No successor has been named yet, SAIC said in a release, and the company is currently searching for one. Until then, Shultz will remain with the company until early September to support the transition.
Paul Greiner, corporate secretary and deputy general counsel, will assume day-to-day management of the company’s legal matters until a replacement is found.
