PAE closes A-T Solutions acquisition

PAE has closed its acquisition of A-T Solutions in a move that increases its national security offerings.

Terms of the acquisition announced in early May have not been disclosed, but PAE is picking up about $200 million in revenue and 750 employees.

Earlier the company acquired the Global Security & Solutions business from what was left of U.S. Investigations Services to make a push into the national security market.

“The addition of these highly skilled employees and technology solutions enables PAE to provide full spectrum identity management services, forensic and biometric operations, analysis and comprehensive training to an expanded set of customers engaged in complex national security missions worldwide,” said PAE CEO John Heller in a statement.

Dennis Kelly, who was CEO of A-T Solutions, will lead PAE’s National Security Solutions business.
