SRA bolsters IT support solutions, professional services through latest acquisition

SRA International has acquired the government services business of Qbase LLC in a move that boosts SRA’s IT support solutions and professional services capabilities.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The services and programs that SRA is acquiring assist critical missions in the health care, homeland security and law enforcement markets, the company said in a release.

SRA adds around 230 new employees through this acquisition.

Houlihan Lokey served as financial advisor to Qbase.
