GSA lands another OASIS commitment

On Monday, GSA will sign an agreement with the Army that allows the armed service to use OASIS as its exclusive contract for complex professional services.
On Monday, the General Services Administration and the Army will sign an agreement for the Army to exclusively use the OASIS full-and-open and small business contracts for complex professional services.
This is the second organization to sign such an agreement. The Army follows the Air Force in signing a memorandum of understanding with GSA.
The OASIS contracts are large multiple-award contracts that were awarded last year to nearly 200 companies. OASIS has a $60 billion ceiling.
The primes on the contracts compete for task orders for professional services such as management and consulting, engineering, logistics, and financial services.
Cutting across each of the core disciplines are eight lifecycle phases where agencies may need professional services support, such as requirements analysis, concept development, planning, acquisition, research and development, test and evaluation, implementation, and operations and maintenance.
