Arrow, a provider of products, services and solutions to industrial and commercial users of electronic components and enterprise computing solutions, takes a big step into the public sector IT market with this acquisition.
According to USAspending.gov, the company had $20.8 million in federal sales in fiscal 2014, compared to immixGroup’s $418.3 million.
For immixGroup, this transaction represents an opportunity to continue expanding its value proposition by aligning with a company ranked at No. 138 on the Fortune 500.
