DSCA needs timely analysis on planning, programming, budgeting and execution functions, according to a new sources sought notice. DSCA’s Business Operations Directorate wants help with business analytics, financial management, budget, costs-data modeling, and case closure program work.
Secondly, the agency needs cost estimation analysis strategies for the Office of Management and Budget MAX system for all security assistance appropriations and accounts.
For the contract, DSCA requires organizational management skills to aid in handling complex projects that aim to simplify the process for financial accounting in the security cooperation community. The overarching goal is saving money and becoming more efficient.
DSCA is considering a three-year contract,according to the sources sought notice.
The notice was released July 7. Responses are due by July 15.
