Deloitte taps IRS, VA vet to be director of federal business

Deloitte has named W. Todd Grams director in Deloitte & Touche LLP.

In this role, Grams will serve as an advisor to Deloitte’s federal government clients to provide enterprise risk management, financial management and performance management strategies that will help enable them to innovate and improve their business operations.

Grams was formerly the chief of staff at the IRS as well as the chief financial officer and chief performance officer at the Veterans Affairs Department. He has also held senior positions at OMB and NIST.

He holds a degree in economics from the University of Maryland at College Park.
