Serco taps TASC exec to be new SVP, Corporate Development
Serco has named Al Pisani senior vice president, corporate development, where he will oversee corporate development, strategy planning, mergers and acquisitions, program management center of excellence and customer satisfaction activities.
Serco has named Al Pisani senior vice president, corporate development, where he will oversee corporate development, strategy planning, mergers and acquisitions, program management center of excellence and customer satisfaction activities.
Pisani will report to chairman and chief executive officer, Dan Allen.
Before joining Serco, Pisani worked at TASC as a senior vice president of the company’s Intelligence Group. Before TASC, he worked at Northrop Grumman in a number of leadership positions.
