Raytheon wins $10.5M contract to provide targeting systems to Danish Navy
Raytheon Co. has won a $10.5 million contract to provide the Navy with nine spectral targeting systems for use by the Royal Danish Navy.
Raytheon Co. has won a $10.5 million contract to provide the Navy with nine spectral targeting systems for use by the Royal Danish Navy.
Specifically, these spectral targeting systems will be used for the Danish Navy’s MH-60R/S helicopters.
The MH-60R/S helicopters are based on the Army’s UH-60 Black Hawk, and are members of the Sikorsky S-70 family.
Work will be performed in McKinney, Texas, and is expected to be completed by December 2015.
Funding in the full amount of the contract is obligated at the time of the award, and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
