ICF International has named Gene Rodrigues vice president, where he will expand ICF’s expertise in energy efficiency and demand site management.
ICF International has named Gene Rodrigues vice president, where he will expand ICF’s expertise in energy efficiency and demand site management.
Rodrigues joins ICF International from DSM strategy for Southern California Edison, where he spent the last 23 years and most recently served as senior director.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from Northern Arizona University and a juris doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
