Founded in 1986, Mostra S.A. is a Brussels-based, communications firm with annual revenues of around $40 million. The company has 140 employees offering end-to-end, multi-channel communications solutions to assist government and commercial clients in reaching out to their stakeholders and customers, ICF said in a release.
The acquisition augments ICF’s growth strategy in Europe, adds breadth and depth to ICF’s European-based services, adds advisory capabilities in selected domains to Mostra’s services, adds technology capabilities to Mostra’s strategic communications offerings and creates opportunities for expansion outside of European institutions, ICF said.
