Abt Associates taps new VP of Health Division

Abt Associates has named Christopher Spera vice president of the company’s U.S. health division, where he will oversee the company’s behavioral health, health policy and public health and epidemiology practices.

Before joining Abt, Spera worked at the Corporation for National and Community Service as director of research and evaluation.

Prior to working there, Spera was vice president at ICF International, where he led a program evaluation and survey research practice.

Spera holds a doctorate in human development from the University of Maryland.
