Seven companies have won a $498 million contract to modernize the Army’s base architecture using commercial products and technology.

Seven companies have won a $498 million contract to modernize the Army’s base architecture.

The winners are:

  • Xerox Corp.
  • Canon USA Inc.
  • Cartridge Technologies
  • Ricoh USA Inc.
  • Konica Minolta Business Solutions
  • Lexmark International
  • KST Data Inc.

Under the contract, these seven contractor will provide the Army with commercial-off-the-shelf multi-functional devices and related services.

The devices and related services will integrate, modernize and refresh the Army’s base architecture while providing standardized interfaces, the Defense Department said in a release.

Work will be determined with each task order.

Seven bids were received for this contract.
