ICF taps ex-DHS director as VP
ICF International has named Debra Tomchek vice president, where she will expand the company’s work in human resource and capital management work for the federal government.
ICF International has named Debra Tomchek vice president, where she will expand the company’s work in human resource and capital management work for the federal government.
Tomchek comes to ICF from the Homeland Security Department’s Chief Human Capital Office, where she served as its executive director.
She has also served as director of HR for two cabinet agencies, and has held senior management positions at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, the Defense Department, and the U.S. Mint.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature and education from Christopher Newport College, and a master’s degree in counseling and psychology from the College of William and Mary.
