LLR Partners adds members to its security, defense team

The private equity firm LLR Partners has named two more members to its security, defense and government services group.

Jason Rigoli joins LLR as a principal. He was senior vice president of the aerospace, defense, security and government services practice at FBR Capital Markets.

Michael Levenberg joins LLR as senior associate. Before joining LLR, Levenberg was in the aerospace and defense investment banking practice at Jeffries, and was in the transaction services group at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

The two have worked with one another for the past two years, the company said in a release.
