L-3 taps insider to be corporate senior vice president

L-3 Communications has named Ron Cook corporate senior vice president.

Cook will report to Curtis Brunson, executive vice president of corporate strategy and development.

As corporate senior vice president, Cook will continue to lead the company’s London Operations organization, which he has run since it was established in 2005, the company said.

The United Kingdom is L-3’s largest overseas customer, with sales that increase yearly, said Michael T. Strianese, L-3 chairman, president and CEO.
