Accenture completes acquisition of ASM Research

Accenture has completed its acquisition of ASM Research, a company that brought more capabilities in the health care arena.

Accenture announced the acquisition at the end of July, stating that it would help the company expand its U.S. defense business in the growing military health market. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

ASM Research expands Accenture’s offerings and the value that the company provides to the Defense and Veterans Affairs departments.

ASM Research is already paying off, as the company won a $20 million contract with the Army back in early August.
