Twitter exec sheds light on government role

Twitter CEO Dick Costolo recently held a question-and-answer session largely focused on the NSA’s PRISM program and on Twitter’s role in anti-establishment protests in Iran, Egypt and Tunisia.

Nextgov compiled a list of some of the more notable questions that were asked at the conference, and documented Costolo’s answers. Questions ranged from tweet privacy from the government to Twitter’s role in the decision making in Congress.
