Pragmatics has appointed Michael Zaramba to the position of chief financial officer. He will report to the company’s CEO, Long Nguyen.
“We are pleased to welcome Michael to our executive management team. He is a proven leader who has been instrumental in supporting corporate growth and expansion in service company environments for more than 20 years,” Nguyen said. “He will play a key role in achieving Pragmatics’ long-term financial goals, and his track record of success will be invaluable as we continue to focus on our growth strategies. We look forward to his contributions.”
In his new role, Zaramba will be responsible for Pragmatics’ financial operations, such as corporate accounting, financial strategy and business planning, and will oversee tax functions and corporate acquisitions.
