Catapult Technology Ltd. has named Fred Haggard vice president of technology and management solutions. He will report to David Lyons, chief technology officer and executive vice president of the group.
Haggard will manage the integration of Kickstand into Catapult. Both companies are owned by DC Capital Partners, which acquired Catapult in July.
He will also be responsible for managing Catapult’s proposals group on an interim basis to respond to requests for proposals for governmentwide acquisition contracts.
Before joining Catapult in 2002, Haggard served as director of sales and marketing at Tatitlek Corp., an Alaska Native Village corporation. Upon his joining, he helped the company start its management consulting practice, managing projects for the Transportation Security Administration, U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Armed Forces Inaugural Committee and the Federal Aviation Administration.
He has served as deputy chief of staff at the Office of Personnel Management, as a special assistant for the White House Liaison in the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and as a search manager in the Office of Presidential Personnel at the White House, Catapult said.
