MicroTech lands $500M VA award for software
Contract will support VA’s implementation and use of Microsoft Enterprise Services.
MicroTech has won a five-year, $500 million contract to manage Microsoft products for the Veterans Affairs Department.
The company is partnering with Dell Corp. and Microsoft on this contract, which will support VA’s overall operation, management, implementation and use of Microsoft Enterprise Services.
MicroTech will provide technical support representatives and Microsoft Enterprise Services experts to VA.
Additionally, by exercising various options on the contract, VA may acquire software licenses and/or software assurance for a broad range of Microsoft products.
MicroTech, of Vienna, Va., is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and a Dell Federal Authorized Letter of Supply Holder.
