Iron Bow scores bull's-eye with $500M Navy COTS contract
Contract will provide SPAWAR facility with streamlined process for procuring advanced communications and IT equipment.
Iron Bow Technologies LLC, will provide communications and other IT equipment to the Navy under a five-year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract with an estimated total value of $500 million.
The Commercial-off-the-Shelf Network and Communications Equipment and Related Incidental Support Services contract from the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic will provide the SPAWAR facility with a streamlined process for procuring necessary advanced communications and IT equipment, according to the May 30 company announcement.
Additionally, the contract offers support services that are essential to delivering mission critical data to the Defense Department and other civilian federal agencies, the announcement said.
Iron Bow Technologies, of Chantilly, Va., is a technology solutions provider and value-added reseller with more than $825 million in annual sales.
