B3 Solutions hires former QinetiQ exec as homeland security director
Edward Marshall has more than 20 years of experience in program management and contracting.
B3 Solutions, a certified 8(a) and service-disabled veteran-owned small business specializing in cyber security, has hired Edward Marshall as its director of the homeland security sector.
Marshall, who has more than 20 years of experience in program management and contracting, will be responsible for management and supervision of the company’s homeland security business, which includes customers such as Customs and Border Protection, FEMA, Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Transportation Security Administration and the Coast Guard.
Prior to joining B3 Solutions, Marshall was a director of contracts at QinetiQ North America’s systems engineering division and a lead acquisition expert for a Marine Corps product group.
He also held numerous Coast Guard leadership positions at Booz Allen Hamilton and various contracting, teaching, acquisition and program management positions while on active duty with the Army. He retired as a lieutenant colonel after serving 20 years.
Marshall, who was a Defense Acquisition University contract management professor, earned an MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington.
