NJVC adds trio to bolster business development
Two longtime pros will be capture directors, third expert named practice leader.
NJVC, a large Defense Department IT solutions provider, has added three new management-level hires, the company announced April 17.
Mark Cronk and Willie Lau have been named capture directors and Jan Sherwin was named practice leader for enterprise management services and IT services.
Cronk, with 25 years of experience in building and managing software and network engineering teams, will oversee opportunities -- from lead qualification to proposal development -- in support of the company’s strategic business development objectives. Most recently, he was responsible for capture and proposal operations at ITT Exelis Geospatial Systems.
Lau has spent approximately 30 years in government contracting, particularly in the intelligence and defense communities. His expertise covers all aspects of the capture-management process, including opportunity identification and qualification, capture planning, strategy development and implementation, price to win and oversight of the proposal-management process.
Before this post, he was operations director and capture manager at Computer Sciences Corp. responsible for providing capture support across the company’s Army division.
Sherwin has spent more than two decades in global sales and service delivery in the IT industry.
