QBE wins $50M BPA for Army enterprise IT, engineering services

Quality Business Engineering, a federal government and defense community management and technology consulting organization, has won a blanket purchase agreement with a cap of $50 million to provide the Army with enterprise architecture and engineering services.

The BPA will enable the company to assist the Army’s Program Executive Office - Enterprise Information Systems and Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Enterprise Systems and Services, according to a March 14 company announcement.

As a result, QBE will provide strategic enterprise architecture review, enterprise architecture planning services, IT enterprise technical architecture planning, IT solution implementation, security support, and strategic and technical advisory services.

The Haymarket, Va., company said it expects task orders on the BPA to span engineering, architectural and programmatic skillsets required to develop a variety of IT services, including cloud computing infrastructure, information assurance, program objective memorandum cycles, and joint capabilities integration and development systems.
