CSC promotes exec to oversee customer solutions
Vincent Ley, now vice president and general manager, previously served as the customer-relationship executive for the company's Homeland Security business unit.
Computer Sciences Corp. has promoted Vincent Ley to vice president and general manager of the company's Integrated Customer Solutions unit in its North American Public Sector Civil Group.
Ley, who now reports to Group President Mike Gaffney, will be responsible for ensuring quality and service of CSC’s federal customer contact centers, digitization processes and service support centers.
He has been with CSC since 2006, coming over in the Datatrac Information Services acquisition, where he had served as the director of strategic business development since 2002.
Most recently, he has served as the customer relationship executive for the Homeland Security business unit, where he led the development and execution of long-term integrated-client account plans, opportunities and drives resulting in business development efforts.
Ley holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics Education from the College of New Jersey.
CSC, of Falls Church, Va., ranks No. 11 on Washington Technology’s 2011 Top 100 list of the largest federal government contractors.
