CGI supplies new IT services to Navy program office
The $28 million award calls for IT support to the Joint Strike Fight Program Office with most of the work performed in Arlington, Va.
CGI Federal Inc. has won a $28.2 million cost-plus-fixed-fee Navy contract for unspecified IT services, according to a Defense Department announcement.
The one-year award calls for the U.S. subsidiary of CGI Group to provide IT support services to the Joint Strike Fight Program Office.
The majority of the work will be performed in Arlington, Va. The remainder will be done at Rosamond, Calif., Patuxent River, Md., Ridgecrest, Calif., Dayton, Ohio, Point Mugu, Calif., Valparaiso, Fla., Fort Worth, Texas, and Jacksonville, Fla., the Jan. 30 announcement said.
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, N.J., is the contracting activity.
CGI Group Inc., of Montreal, Que., ranks No. 41 on Washington Technology’s 2011 Top 100 list of the largest federal government contractors.
