Acquisition Solutions shuffles executives

Find opportunities — and win them.

President Kimberly McCabe is succeeding Anne Reed, and Reed becomes the new chairwoman of the board next month.

ASI provides acquisition, program management, strategy and organizational performance solutions. More than 10,000 federal employees have access to ASI's productivity and learning services.

ASI Government Inc. President Kimberly McCabe will add the role of chief executive officer to her duties on Dec. 5, 2011, replacing CEO Anne Reed, who will become chairman of the board.

Reed will replace Ann Costello, one of the founders of the Arlington, Va. company, who is retiring.

During her tenure as President of ASI, McCabe has helped reposition the company's professional services solutions in response to changes in the federal landscape, a Nov. 9 company announcement said.

Prior to joining ASI, she served as acting deputy director of the Office of Business Transformation in the Army Department.
