Pragmatics appoints new CFO
Pragmatics chooses Steven Bracci as CFO for his in-depth financial background serving companies such as Avaya, Inc.
, a solutions provider for software engineering, systems integration, has selected Steven Bracci as the company's new chief financial officer, according to a company news release.

Bracci is a financial executive with more than 25 years of experience in government contracting, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and financial reporting.
In his new post, Bracci will run the company’s financial operations, including corporate accounting, financial strategy and business planning. He will also supervise tax functions and corporate acquisitions.
Bracci comes to Pragmatics after serving as executive vice president of finance and assistant treasurer at Avaya Government Solutions Inc. Before that position, he served as CFO and treasurer for Nortel Government Solutions Inc., which was acquired by Avaya in 2009.
