Deltek moves forward with FedSources, Input integration

Find opportunities — and win them.

Market research data and customers services are being integrated into a single portal later this month.

Deltek has started telling customers how it is integrating the acquisition of market research firms FedSources and Input.

The two companies, long-time competitors, were both acquired by Deltek in the past year as part of a strategy to build an end-to-end service for supporting the pursuit, capture and management of contracts.

In an email to customers, Deltek said it is migrating FedSources research data and customer information from the FedSources portal to the Input portal.

Starting in mid-August, FedSources subscribers will gain access to Input’s portal. The company will send an email to FedSources subscribers with log-in information. At the same, Deltek is migrating the opportunities FedSources subscribers tracked on that portal to the Input portal.

So when FedSources subscribers log into Input, they’ll find their tracked opportunities already on the Input portal.

Deltek is asking FedSources subscribers to recreate their saved searches on the Input portal to make sure the saved searches are configured correctly.

Subscribers who used either the FedSources Integrator for Salesforce or the GovWin CRM Connector will be contacted by an account manager to help with that migration if they wish.

By Sept. 1, Deltek will no longer be updating contract information on the FedSources portal. The portal will go offline at the end of September.
