STG names new VP for business development

STG Inc. has named James Scampavia senior vice president of business development to lead the centralized group, consolidating STG’s Business Development, Capture and Proposal Development Services, GWAC Project Management Office, and Marketing groups.

Previously, the 15-year industry veteran was vice president of business development at BAE Systems and before that he served as L3/Titan’s director of business development for homeland security.

Scampavia also served in government, focusing on various economic development programs.

He has a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz and an MBA from The George Washington University.
