SAP names new president of Public Services unit
Jennifer Morgan has been named president of SAP Public Services Inc. tasked with expanding SAP's presence in the U.S. public sector.
Jennifer Morgan has been named president of SAP Public Services Inc. according to a company announcement dated July 27.
In this role, Morgan is tasked with expanding SAP’s presence in the U.S. public sector, a key growth industry for the company. She will report to Pat Bakey, senior vice president and general manager of Strategic Industries for SAP North America.
She will be responsible for all SAP sales to the federal government, including the Defense Department, federal civilian agencies, homeland security, state and local governments, defense and security firms, and higher education institutions.
Morgan has more than 18 years of experience in developing, selling and implementing enterprisewide federal solutions. She recently served as vice president of the Federal Civilian division of SAP Public Services, which focuses on all non-DOD federal agencies.
Before joining SAP, Morgan served as director of Siebel Systems’ Federal and Homeland Security. Previously, she was a client manager at Accenture, where she directed a human resources modernization program for more than 20,000 State Department employees.
