MCR buys intell contractor
MCR has acquired another firm that specializes in analytics and professional services for intelligence agencies.
MCR LLC has acquired JB&A Inc., a company that provides analytical and professional services to government agencies.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
MCR, of McLean, Va., provides program management services to government agencies, and the JB&A acquisition brings more skills in areas such as strategic planning, programming and budgeting, and manpower analytical support.
JB&A customers include the Defense Department, the Army, and intelligence agencies.
“The acquisition of JB&A is a win-win for all," MCR’s CEO and President Neil Albert said in a statement. "It expands the depth and breadth of our collective presence within the intelligence community, and it strengthens the strategic planning capabilities we are building in MCR."
