Former Apptis chief takes CEO reins at Dovèl Technologies

Paul Leslie has joined Dovèl Technologies Inc. as CEO effective immediately, the McLean, Va., software development company announced May 31.

Dovèl co-founder and current CEO Elma Levy will remain active and involved with the company as chair of the board. Co-founder Dov Levy will remain company president and chief technologist, the announcement said.

Most recently, Leslie served as president of Apptis Inc. a Chantilly, Va., technology services company.

Before joining Apptis, he co-founded and served as president and CEO of Apogen Technologies, a federal IT services and technology company. Apogen was acquired by QinetiQ in 2005.

Dovèl Technologies was founded in the late 1980s as Integrated Data Corp.
