Dell Services names two to federal sector posts
Bill Malone is now executive director of Dell Services Federal Government division and Caesar Nieves has been appointed Homeland Security client executive.
Dell Inc. has announced two leadership changes in its federal government division.
Bill Malone is now executive director of Dell Services Federal Government Division in Fairfax, Va. In his new role, he leads DSFG’s Federal Civilian Division and will be responsible for strategy, operations and long-term growth activities.
Malone has 25 years of experience in the federal government market, 18 of them spent in the government services industry.
Prior to joining Dell in January 2011, Malone was a vice president and division manager in CACI’s Federal Civilian Division.
Caesar Nieves has been appointed Homeland Security client executive for the DSFG Division. Nieves, who had been acting in the role since February 2011, brings over 18 years of experience in the federal market. He will be responsible for facilitating the day-to-day business, operations and growth activities of the Homeland Security and Justice Department sectors.
Prior to joining Dell in November 2010, Nieves provided leadership to Booz Allen Hamilton’s Defense Cyber Functional Capability across the federal defense market, with a focus on cybersecurity. He served in the Air Force from 1992 to 1998.
