QinetiQ NA names senior VP for DOD, intell contracts
QinetiQ North America has named Scott Goldstein senior vice president and general manager of the National Systems Business Unit within the company's Mission Solutions Group. He will manage technology development and service delivery for contracts supporting the Defense Department and intelligence community.
QinetiQ North America has named Scott Goldstein senior vice president and general manager of the National Systems Business Unit within the company's Mission Solutions Group.
In this role, Goldstein will manage technology development and service delivery for contracts supporting the Defense Department and the intelligence community, according to a company announcement dated April 18.
He joins QinetiQ North America from ManTech International Corp., where he was chief technology officer and senior vice president of the Systems Engineering and Advanced Technology Group.
Before joining ManTech, Goldstein spent 10 years at Science Applications International Corp. managing technical contracts for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency; the service laboratories and R&D centers of the Air Force, Army and Navy; the intelligence community and other DOD research organizations; and other agencies including the Homeland Security Department.
Goldstein is a colonel in the Air Force Reserve assigned to the Joint Chiefs of Staff at the Pentagon. He holds a doctorate in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California.
