Attain gains spot on $240M Army ERP award

Attain LLC has secured one of three spots on what is its largest prime contract win to date, a five-year award worth up to $240 million to support the Army’s Enterprise Systems Integration Program.

The AESIP Enterprise Resource Planning, Enterprise Application Services contract is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity task order to create a single, integrated ERP system across the Army Department, according to an April 19 company announcement.

The aim is to streamline components of the Army Program Executive Office for Enterprise Information Systems’ $8 billion ERP landscape and to deliver consistent business solutions for the Army through integrated data and applications services, the announcement states.

Under this contract, Attain will work with Army personnel to provide business process automation; applications development; organizational transition; applications testing; operations, maintenance and sustainment; and knowledge transfer services.

The company also will support the Army’s ERP Center of Expertise at Picatinny Arsenal, N.J., to improve internal ERP capabilities.

The Attain team includes several small or small disadvantaged businesses as subcontractors: Northrop Grumman Corp., Optimal Solutions, Softek International, Data Blueprint, Sapiex, the Ahrens Consulting Group, Greshko Consulting, Accelerated Information Management, RWD, Teradata, and Worksoft.

In addition to Attain, the other prime contractors selected under this multiple-award contract were InSap Services and Oakland Consulting.
