Jacobs task order supports Marines Systems Command
Jacobs Technology Inc. will provide technical and sustainment support to the Marine Corps under a one-year task order worth $10 million.
Jacobs Technology Inc. will provide technical and sustainment support to the Marine Corps under a one-year task order worth $10 million.
The award specifically calls for the contractor to provide sustainment support to the Marines Systems Command, Information Systems and Infrastructure Product Group, Marine Corps Network and Infrastructure Services Program Office, according to a Defense Department notice released Dec. 14.
Jacobs will coordinate scheduling and assist in data collection of assets, user requirements and application inventory.
The task order is structured to support major commands across Marine Corps sites. Work will be performed in Quantico, Va., and is expected to be completed in December 2011.
The Marine Corps System Command in Quantico, Va., is the contracting activity.
