ACT/IAC wants nominations for leadership awards

The deadline is Aug. 30 for nominations for awards that honor executives who work with government information technology.

Do you know someone who has done particularly great work in government information technology in the past year? If so, the American Council for Technology/Industry Advisory Council wants to hear from you.

ACT/IAC is taking nominations for its annual awards that honor people from government and industry who have made a significant contribution to the organization in work that involves government IT. The awards will be presented during an awards ceremony at the Executive Leadership Conference in Williamsburg, Va., on Oct. 26.

ACT/IAC is a nonprofit, public/private partnership that seeks to improve government by applying IT. ACT membership is open to full-time federal, state and local government employees. IAC membership is open to any company that’s interested in the government IT market.
