ICF adds president to COO’s title

ICF International Inc. Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Sudhakar Kesavan has given Chief Operating Officer John Wasson the additional role of company president.

ICF International Inc. has given Chief Operating Officer John Wasson the additional role of company president.

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Sudhakar Kesavan, who previously held the title of president, made the announcement today.

Wasson joined ICF in 1987 as an associate.

In 1991, he became project manager and was named vice president in 1994. Wasson was promoted to senior vice president in 1998 and executive vice president in 2001. He was named COO in 2003.

Over the course of his 23-year career at ICF, Wasson has served as a consultant on environment and energy issues, headed a regional office, and led the company’s business development efforts.

As president and COO, Wasson will continue to run the day-to-day operations of the consulting and technology services company and work with Kesavan on executing the company’s growth strategies, according to the announcement.
