Catapult launches upgrade of DOD e-business systems

Catapult Technology will provide a range of information technology services to the Defense Department under a 30-month, $27 million e-business enhancement and management project.

Catapult Technology Ltd. will provide a range of information technology services to the Defense Department under a 30-month, $27 million e-business enhancement and management project.

The DOD Washington Headquarters Services awarded the contract to the service-disabled, veteran-owned company through the Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resources for Services governmentwide acquisition contract.

It calls for Catapult  to provide a full range of systems enhancements as well as administration, operations and maintenance, database and Web services in support of the Washington Headquarters Services.

The Washington Headquarters Services ensures that the National Capital Area’s DOD facilities function properly.

These general areas of performance are program and project management, e-business systems administration, enterprise architecture support, e-business continuity of operations plan and disaster recovery support, e-business systems training services and reconfiguration of Maximo 6.2, a database-driven asset and service management system.
