ICF gets Air Force training subcontract

ICF Inc. will provide training support to the Advanced Maintenance and Munitions Officer School for the Air Force Air Combat Command under a $4.1 million subcontract. 

Science Applications International Corp., which awarded the subcontract to ICF, won the task order under the Air Combat Command’s Contracted Advisory and Assistance Services contract. The four-year agreement began in January.

The school’s mission is to expand the Air Force’s combat capability by developing graduate-level expertise in aircraft and munitions maintenance. ICF authored the original curriculum. Under the new task order, the company will continue to refine and deliver the curriculum, officials said. 

Specific tasks include program management, identifying and incorporating improvements to the curriculum and lesson plans, delivering the training course, administering evaluations, and planning for and providing on-site IT support, officials said.
