IntelliDyne to assist Military Health System

IntelliDyne will provide IT support to the Military Health System under an $80 million contract.

IntelliDyne LLC will provide information technology support services to the Military Health System under a four-year contract worth $80 million.

The Health Affairs/Tricare Management Activity IT Support Services contract calls for IntelliDyne to provide project and program management, customer assistance, including deskside and help desk support, and network and systems engineering services. The contractor will also provide IT security, Web services, multimedia support, training, video teleconferencing, document management, and enterprise asset and inventory management.

IntelliDyne has provided IT support services to the Defense Department and the Tricare Management Activity network since 2001, said Dave Engstrom, chief operations officer at IntelliDyne. The program benefits more than 2,800 users and more than 9 million beneficiaries of Tricare services.

IntelliDyne is a privately held IT services provider based in Falls Church, Va.
