CACI International Inc., Arlington, Va., signed a revised agreement to buy Information Systems Support Inc. for $145 million in cash. The deal is expected to close March 1.The companies Jan. 31 announced a delay in closing the transaction when ISS of Gaithersburg, Md., informed CACI that it had lost a significant recompetition contract, which required a revised valuation of the company.KForce Inc.'s $60 million acquisition of Pinkerton Computer Consultants Inc., Iselin, N.J., makes it a new player in the government IT space.Tampa, Fla.-based KForce adds to capabilities providing staffing solutions in the commercial market and picks up about $33 million in government IT revenue, company officials said.Pinkerton Government Solutions Group is now KForce Government Solutions.Identity solutions provider Brady Corp. of Milwaukee broadened its ability to produce identification products by acquiring a complementary business: GE IDenticard Systems Inc., Lancaster, Pa., and its Canadian affiliate IDenticam in Markham, Ontario. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.IDenticard offers personal identification, access control and consumable identification badges.SI International Inc., Reston, Va., will buy network services provider Zen Technology Inc. for $60 million in cash.The companies expect to complete the deal in the first quarter of this year.Acquisition of the privately held Bethesda, Md., company will broaden SI International's customer base by strengthening its relationship with several key Defense Department and civilian agency clients.
