By October 2006, the Quebec Ministry of Revenue will adapt more than 20 systems to coordinate them with the Canada Revenue Agency, company officials said today.

The systems are mainly for accounting, audits, client account management, security and electronic data exchange.

As part of the contract, CGI will be responsible for guiding Quebec Ministry of Revenue professionals in modifying the ministry's Quebec Goods and Services Tax management systems.

CGI, based in Montreal, has more than 25,000 employees and annual sales of $2.5 billion.
