Anteon Lands $25 Million Training Contract
Anteon Corp.'s training operations and distance learning division has won a five-year, $25 million contract by the Office of Personnel Management.
Anteon Corp.'s training operations and distance learning division, formerly Interactive Media Corp., has been awarded a five-year, $25 million contract by the Office of Personnel Management for training and strategic human-resource management support to federal agencies.
Anteon of Fairfax, Va., will provide support for the design, development, implementation and evaluation of instructional products delivered via leader-led or technology-based media. In the strategic human resources area, the company will offer a wide range of services, including strategic planning, human resources system development, business process re-engineering, performance management and program evaluation.
Anteon has been providing training support under the OPM Training and Management Assistance Services contract for 17 years, said Joseph Kampf, company president and chief executive officer.
The Anteon team consists of the Personnel Decisions Research Institute, Lake Braddock Consulting and the George Mason University School of Management.
