CGI Federal has named a new president in Alisa Bearfield, with current president Stephanie Mango moving into a global role with the parent company CGI Inc.
The leadership transition will be effective Oct. 1, CGI said Tuesday.
Bearfield currently leads CGI Federal’s civilian business, which generated $1.2 billion in prime contract obligations during federal fiscal year 2025. CGI Federal placed at No. 35 on the Washington Technology Top 100.
"I have worked closely with Alisa for many years and have full confidence in the leadership and vision Alisa will bring to CGI Federal," Mango said.
The federal business employs 8,000 people and represented 14% of CGI's overall revenue in its most recent fiscal year ended Sept. 30, according to the company's FY 2025 report.
Bearfield has nearly 30 years of experience in the federal market. She was named a Federal 100 winner earlier this year and was part of the 2025 FORUM IT 100 for advancing innovation and digital transformation across government.
“Alisa has consistently demonstrated the ability to guide teams and help agencies harness technology to modernize, transform, and achieve mission outcomes at scale," said Tim Hurlebaus, CGI president and CEO.
Hurlebaus was promoted to the CEO role in May after a two-year stint as president and chief operating officer of the global technology consulting company.
