Guidehouse fights for lost Secret Service contract
Guidehouse lost a $27 million contract to continue its support of the Secret Service's chief financial officer and has lodged a complaint about that award decision.
Deloitte won the work that was competed under the OASIS contract. Guidehouse is arguing that the evaluation was not done properly and would have won if it were.
The task order runs through December 2025, according to procurement documents.
Six companies bid on the contract, which theoretically means there could be more protests.
Guidehouse filed its protest on June 25 and a decision is due Oct. 5.
These kinds of protests trigger a stop work order, so the contract will not transition to Deloitte until and if the protest is resolved in their favor. Meanwhile, Guidehouse will continue to support the CFO under the existing contract.
